Crayfish In The Park
This morning we snapped a quick pic of The Grove‘s head chef Ben Bayly with some of his Karitane Crayfish. The crayfish will be the main feature of one of The Grove’s dishes at Taste of New Zealand (kicking off this evening!), cooked with Cafe de Paris, butter, lemon and Vivian Salad – delicious! There are limited numbers of the Crayfish dish so make sure you get in early.
